Whatever kind of startup and business you have, agile principles and methods have a place in how you manage activities, projects and initiatives.

Here’s some more info on what Agile is:

Agile has shaped software and technology development for over a decade now. “Agile software development is a group of software development methods based on iterative and incremental development, in which requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams.” (Wikipedia).

Manifesto for Agile Software Development –agilemanifesto.org

We are uncovering better ways of developing
software by doing it and helping others do it.
Through this work we have come to value:

Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on
the right, we value the items on the left more.
